Options to Pay Loveland Masters Dues

1. Daily drop-in:

$10 per session ($5 for youth and senior members)
This is is collected when you sign-up for practice. If you do not show up to practice, taking a spot that someone else could use to swim, at the end of the month we will invoice you an additional $10 for each no-show.

2. Monthly:

$45 per month ($35 for youth and senior members)

Payment Method: Credit Cards (preferred) done online at the end of the month.

Late Payments: Swimmers have 30 days from the invoice date to pay. If payments are more than 30 days late, the swimmer will not be allowed to swim until the invoice is paid.

3. Annual:

Collected in September every year for October 1- September 30 year. Details in emailed to members in August.
Annual dues starting October 1, 2023 will be: $425 ($320 for youth and senior members)

Other:

Swimmerships: The Loveland Masters Swimming board wants to make swimming available to all adults regardless of financial situation. Members experiencing financial difficulties may apply for swimmership funds to the Loveland Masters Board. This may be done via confidential conversation with Coach Doug who will present your request to the board.

Health Care Credit: If your health insurance runs a wellness program, your Loveland Masters dues might be reimbursable. If you discover you may reap some financial benefit from swimming on a regular basis and you need proof of payment, contact treasurer Bethanne Stolte for a receipt.

Other Expenses

Swim meets: run between $20 and $50 depending on the meet location, the number of days, and the number of events you decide to swim. Many meets charge a flat entry fee of $10 to $20, plus a per event fee of $2 to $5.

E-postal swims: usually run in the $15-$20 range, depending on if you order a shirt or other meet memorabilia.

Open water swims: can run between $20 and $100 depending on the location and the required insurance coverage.

Social Events: vary depending on the event type. Loveland Masters generally hosts two socials a year, a summer picnic and a winter/holiday party. The club usually provides beverages and the meat (or vegetarian option), and attendees are asked to bring a side dish to share.
